In 2024, Subaru and its retailers will continue to ensure that every student has equal access to a quality education and the materials they need for success through the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, in partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org. As the largest corporate partner, Subaru retailers across the country have played a pivotal role in providing necessary resources to over half a million students in high-need schools since 2021, a commitment that earned the program the 2023 Gold Halo Award for Best Education Initiative from Engage for Good. This year's focus includes continued support for the students and classrooms who need it the most in the communities where we live and work.
What’s New?
-This year, we are maintaining our focus on schools and students who require the most support, emphasizing our partnerships with high-need schools. If you were partnered with a high-need school last year, we encourage you to continue this relationship. By doing so, you can deepen your connection and significantly enhance your impact on these communities.
Note: High-need is defined as a school that has a Title I Schoolwide Program and/or a school where 40% of the student population qualifies for the Free or Reduced-Price Lunch Program
-Retailers will now have the opportunity to contribute $15,000, allowing them to extend support to every student at their partner school. This donation will support at the $12,500 level of 25 total classrooms and 625 students, plus provide an additional $2,500 funding for the school’s principal to allocate to a school-wide project focusing on one of the following areas of need:
o Library/Media Center
o Arts
o Special Education / Related Services / Supplementary Aids and Services
o STEM

As a reminder, Love Promise activation costs will be automatically submitted for SAF reimbursement. New for 2024, Love Promise activation costs will pay from available Love Promise Funds. Should Love Promise Funds be exhausted, claims will pay from Flex or, if Flex exhausted, available New Car Funds.
